anyone have an idea what’s wrong?

Try building it yourself

pintert3 2022-07-12 10:39:18
right, I’m guessing I need to do a clean build

No, but if it works clean it should be the fault of your helper

I see, I had that feeling but I was in doubt

Do you have an rss feed link for these reports? My RSS reader isn’t able to build a link on its own.

I guess the amount of ram swap is no longer enough for smooth use. apparently firefox consumes a lot of it. can you recommend a browser that consumes less ram?

You need more RAM, 4GB is not enough for modern applications.

hey, how do i quickly reset all my audio configuration for a user? On a new user everything’s fine, but on main account it had busted about a week ago after bluetooth headphones disconnected — now it only recognizes HDMI but not real hardware
dark_ratijas 2022-07-12 11:13:11
ok, nevermind, mv ~/.config/pulse ~/.config/pulse.old && pulseaudio -k did the trick

Considered switching to our lord and savior PipeWire yet?

ugh… kinda “don’t know don’t care”? Last time I reinstalled one year ago in June, following fresh (at the time) instructions. I guess PipeWire wasn’t that popular back then yet?

It’s now the default pretty much, a year ago it was in a rougher state too.

01cb509b8fa644f9983f3f3d34b184c7-default-sink contains string bluez_sink.F8_4E_17_A1_53_6C.a2dp_sink

and 01cb509b8fa644f9983f3f3d34b184c7-default-source has bluez_source.F8_4E_17_A1_53_6C.handsfree_head_unit

everything else are binary files.

probably worth filing a bug report, what do you think?

i got same error, and it caused by my camera module is dead, you have to find out which port is broken, it should be physical issue
