If you dont want to install vanilla arch. just go for a a derivative distro or not even for an arch itself

Window manager take time to configure according your liking and getting used to them.

in desktop environment, you many softwares preinstalled , like file manager, text editor, settings manager, brightness control , volume control , clipboard manager , terminal emulator etc.

But in window manager you have to individually install them by your choices.

While it doesn’t install stuff like idk filelight and kate, any DE package sorts most basic things for you, while WMs just… Manage windows

I think the point is: you do stuff by yourself, including choosing even the most basic applications and services like a clipboard manager
