nvidia package is compiled for linux package , nvidia-lts is compiled for linux-lts, and nvidia-dkms is using dkms to compile on your computer for all kernels installed
thanks.

you can, it’s just taken longer to install because it’s compiling

Or , if I use the 5.19rc kernel, should I use nvidia-dkms or nvidia?

Probably dkms would be better to use with kernels that are not in repo yet

you should use the dkms one, because there is no precompiled nvidia for 5.19rc in the repository

be aware it’s normal to encounter compiling errors for RC kernels

Thanks. By the way, can I install binary 5.19 kernel from chaotic aur or archlinuxcn repo? Or I have to compile it from source on my machine?

Does anyone else have the problem in Telegram with xdg-desktop-portal-gnome (your file-picker) where it won’t take a filename from Telegram (as in auto-populate it from a file you’re downloading) on the save dialog, and typing, even into the filename bar, makes it execute a search? The search bit even happens if I try to modify a filename I copypasted into the filename bar. (The only way to get a filename in it.)

Yes, if you buy them on Steam. It’ll handle 90%+ of Windows games.

Yeah, I play Doom Eternal, Project Wingman, Garry’s Mod (ez, source engine so native), Planetside 2, etc.

Do you have a place you read about this? If I could force my client to use the LXQt picker I’d probably be golden.
Kittygirl Crusader Z (Unvaxed Menace) 2022-07-29 15:05:30
Oh, my problem is acting differently than before… It seems like Telegram’s just using a blinding white theme on my LXQt picker and mangling its behavior.
It also refuses to let me set another picker, it seems like. (Using the flag provided by arief to launch from terminal changed nothing.)

Even setting both like so:
$ TDESKTOP_USE_GTK_FILE_DIALOG=true TDESKTOP_DISABLE_GTK_INTEGRATION=true /usr/bin/telegram-desktop
Didn’t change behavior.
