I did remove a custom profile created for that enp.. also removed netctl and dhcpcd to check whether it fixes the issue or not but it didn’t fixed
You should use only one network manager

I found solution.. even after deleting the custom profile, it was still enabled so i just disabled it and now boot issue fixed

Nvidia driver has broken power management for 3000 laptop series on Linux, it will always be in lowest power mode (which is still “okay”)
