I tried like hours to make it work right, it didn’t work like how I wanted it, and then just installed GNOME and took less than 5 minutes
Alyx π¦ 2022-09-01 01:55:35
I’m aware on how flexible KDE is and how great wobbly windows are, I really miss my wobbly windows (the best thing about KDE unironically), but it takes unreasonably more time than GNOME

It looks like an issue with missing keys, running pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring might help

You need to do some manual editing of the theme files

translate-shell has DeepL. However, if you use it too much, you have to pay. They kindof have to afford to run their business.
Doing translations locally is not something you can realistically do without losing comprehensive grammar and it will take up quite a lot of space. Translations are always done on a server because thereβs a lot of data needed for translations.
Mind you that Google Translate and DeepL donβt share what you translate (GDPR etc.)
Alyx π¦ 2022-09-01 05:14:19
Oh no, translate-shell removed DeepL Support, lol.

They do host libretranslate on their own server, so you should set up your own translate server first
Alyx π¦ 2022-09-01 05:19:26
If you donβt wanna use Google because of privacy then you should trust random websites without GDPR sections even less
teoxiandoerjwjwhhwjwhwjhw137 2022-09-01 05:19:51
