It’s completely up to you where to mount. Mine is mounted at /efi for example. This doesnt matter. If you already have mounted it, check where it is mounted

yeah and grub partition UUID is not added there.. its probably /boot/EFI since the directory already exists

It still doesnt have to be visible in your fstab. You dont need a fstab nowadays for simple setups.
