one that can take rectangle-select screenshots as well as entire screen using CLI. ive used escrotum up until recently but that’s not maintained. scrotre-git looks ok but only one maintainer and no commits in 8 months

I just added some nvidia modules to mkinitcpio as the wiki said (to enable my second gpu card on my laptop), and this is what ive got when i rebooted.
And the thing is, ctrl + alt + f1-f7 doesn’t work! So i can’t even get to tty to undo the mkinitcpio change..

Should i boot from a flash drive and try to fix it? Is there another solution for this?

if so, you don’t have to include mkinitcpio modules at all, just a grub option only

We are formalizing an RFC [2] to merge the pacman repository [community] into [extra] as well as the packaging VCS location community into packages.

Do I understand correctly that community and extra are being merged together into one repo named packages?

How will that work on existing systems, pacman.conf.pacnew that will have to be merged?
I suppose I should just wait for the RFC
