“Artix”
Please direct your support requests to an Artix group, for the second time.
One is 2x external USB HDDs, second is 2x Internal SATA HDDs.
The external ones load fine, surprisingly, problem is with the internal ones, they take about 60-90 seconds on boot (waiting for device… message on boot)
I could make them not mount on boot, but surely 60+ seconds just for mount is too much time, especially when worse performing drives load quickly, how could I diagnose this?

doesnt systemd have some boot time analysis thingy? maybe that? checked dmesg?

systemd-analyze blame you mean? Not too useful
it does show that this alone took 40+ seconds, which is the internal array.
