weird shit happening on one of my machines
basically, sometimes a window randomly gets stuck and is the only usable one. you can click on tray, click inside of it, minimize it etc. but you cannot use desktop or other apps. i can’t even reproduce the issue because it happens fuly randomly from my pov
i’ve tried changing kernel to zen, i’ve been switching DEs and DMs, nothing stopped it
the only thing that makes the session usable again is a switch to tty and coming back to 7
artix openrc btw

siduck 2022-07-15 10:36:19
i used to have a similar issue where my system stuck randomly and it happened with arch based distros All kernels except LTS kernel so using LTS kernel fixed it, but then it got fixed when linux 5.8 kernel got released
