What exactly for you need to supervise it. Supervisor are for taking care of processes…

Scripted services are services which are started and stopped by a command (which need not actually be a script, despite the name). They can not be supervised.

In case it’s a script.. Its a script..
In case you use it to start a service and stop one the service will be a daemon. But I doubt someone will use it this way.

Dinit documentation explains everything and beside this.. Little bit testing and you will reach your goal and beside it, you will learn something.
