Don’t know? How to check? Once I enable it using rfkill bluetooth works fine till next boot.

but mine (Realtek 8723be) is also a combo chip, but is BT and Wifi are shown separately in lspci

No bluetooth here also.
Mine is also a combo WiFi+Bluetooth card but I see the Bluetooth device in lsusb
