I don’t have any backups
However there is the possibility that the file is gone forever. if the sectors where the data was stored were overwritten when you formatted. Obviously that depends on the way you formatted and changed the file system… so no idea.

I use photorec for this, it can recover removed files, but it will fail if you used full format (overwrittting with zeros)
