To his defense, I think his contents still brought a lot of people to the community! I also originally decided to try Arch because of him a few years back 😅

Maybe I’m missing something, but I thought it was nice to have many people at least giving Artix a try and spread its popularity. Some will eventually stick to it, most will drop it, but I see no issue with that 🙂

Thing is that usually the best way to encrypt swap is using temporary random keys so you also kind of decrease security by removing the random part
Better than plain swap tho so yeah

why FDE is not possible without LVM? it is easy, just cryptformat all your partitions..
