And will there be any speed drawbacks since your using compression?
You mean unlocking sudo when you plug the key?
Because anyone with access to said device gets effective control of the computer?

I guess you can play with udev rules and the config file but that’s absolutely awful, I don’t know how you can do this with PAM if there is a way since I know nothing about it

If someone has physical access, they already got full control… Plug in a pendrive, mount the partiton, chroot in, profit…
