Delete some of your VMs or move them out of the way for now to another partition.

so which part of /var/lib/libvirt/ has the most GBs? do you have anything stored in /var/lib/libvirt/images perhaps? If your ISOS are there please move them to your /home partition

U are right, ive mistakenly installed 4 oss in lib
