background wallpaper doesn’t change

did it view any more error message？

no accepts the commands fine – just doesn’t change the wallpaper

full command was this

gsettings set com.deepin.wrap.gnome.desktop.background picture-uri /home/Pictures/Wallpapers/desktop.jpg

use GUI button to change wallpapers?

yes but I wanted to put it into a script

it says your command is true but it doesn’t work on deepin

Hey guys hope you all are having a great time,
After such a long time being away from deepin today i installed deepin 20.6 and noticed some problems.
For example couldn’t find the resolution settings (it said you can only set the resolution to 100%)
Another problem was that I couldn’t add my language for the keyboard.
I thought this version is not that much good.

If I’m wrong and any of you have any info about this version of deepin please tell me what’s going on.

As it says there is for deepin but I don’t know how to place it, I get a file in .so format, and I don’t know what to do with it.

Open Synaptic and go to the properties of dde-dock. Then in the installed files look for the path entries containing “plugin” (smthg like /usr/lib/dde-dock/plugins). You should see that these are files ending with .so. That’s where you have to put the plugin, that’s a simple library file. You’ll also need root access. Once you moved it to the right dir, restart the dock and it’ll be running.

should copy it “as admin ” to /usr/lib/dde-dock/plugins And restart the dock with sudo killall dde-dock

Deepin Music has your own but it doesn’t show the image XD
