I am trying to install deepin phone assistant and deepin phone master but I get the same error that a dependency called qtbase-abi-5-11-3 is missing.

Does anyone know if this can be fixed?

You need Qt 5.11.3 while it all already moves to 5.15/5.12. If you want it anyway, you have to recompile it to match the correct ABI (your current Qt version)

I have a problem on deepin: browsers cannot connect to the internet. However, some other apps can do this. For example telegram, internet radio apps and tor can connect to internet. How to solve this problem?

Could be Proton trying to force you to use them – have you tried removing it and seeing if that fixed the issue

Deepin is a linux distribution based on Debian, so I don’t think it would have windows programs in its App Store
