The package is not the same as the repository, but in some cases the package could add a repository, and remove it after purging.

Not sure, try with:
sudo apt purge mono*

Deepin is the most beautiful and intuitive distribution, but the Debian base doesn’t help, too old packages, it should be based on Fedora current technology, it would be beautiful..! Or the Deepin team could create their own base from scratch..!
Indeed, Deepin 23 is the plan, it does not have Debian as base, the Preview version still keeps some packages though.

I don’t remember exactly, but Deepin 23 Nightly was (but it is also older than the Preview version).

The .deb packets never modify the sources.list. The method used is to add a file to /etc/apt/sources.list.d

For this, deepin files should open with administrator permits

And still support install Deb files?!

In addition, the new format will allow the reversal of a failed update. “ATOMIC UPDATES”

And still support install Deb files?!
if you understand base, packages and dependencies you will understand that you will not be able to install a deb package with cross dependencies even if there is still support for .deb

You may remove Deepin, but I guess you can use the Deepin Desktop Environment in Debian Standalone.
I don’t think you are missing anything, however, Linglong can be installed on Debian and Ubuntu if I remember correctly.
