The disk below is the one containing Ubuntu
Go to BIOS,
set boot priority to windows bootloader if one exists.
Wipe just the partition of Ubuntu.
or
Erase disk if EFI Partition not in the same Disk as Ubuntu Partition.

yes. Find out which one is the ubuntu partition and delete it.
Be careful not to erase the whole disk before exactly knowing what each partitions are responsible for.

Windows automatically creates some extra partitions during installation for recovery, bootloader etc..
Make sure not to mess with them.
