If you wanna try out gnome without bloat, excessive ram usage and stutters
Just install mutter, power-profiles-daemon, dconf editor or if you need GUI settings install gnome-control-center
Then change power settings to performance
Performance mode is not available on vm
thats what performance mode do, the exact same thing as switching to performance profile or governer
