I use rofi windows switcher and downloaded appflowy app and made a .desktop file and put it in ~/.local/share/application

i use wofi and i have custom applications

cryptodanvr 2022-07-25 02:25:38
You may need to logout and then login again

applications aren’t cached per session, if anything rofi is caching it. if that’s the case pkill rofi would do the trick

smol_mazunki 2022-07-25 03:34:49
but afaik rofi doesn’t have a daemon
cryptodanvr 2022-07-25 03:35:15
What logging out and logging back in does us refreshes the app menu which sometimes brings in newer apps. Caching is the wrong term there
smol_mazunki 2022-07-25 03:38:47
the app menu is not running at all times
smol_mazunki 2022-07-25 03:39:06
you only open it when you want to spawn an application
smol_mazunki 2022-07-25 03:39:16
after that it execs into the app

Configuring wifi is easy just locate your Hotspot or ap and authenticate not that big of a deal. You have bo windows so delete all the partitions on nvme and reinstall fresh
