How many times did you reinstall X?
You can’t call yourself “a real arch user” unless you have done it at least 3 times.

Imagine installing X.
I use Arch btw, and only with Wayland.

Alright, i’ll rephrase for the thick “arch user”.

What tool did you use to create tge usb?
H. UnetBootIn for every USB.
Ok, so now there is different situation because I went to boot-repair on Linux Mint Edge.
In that process I deleted Grub 2.

Please do not forget to make your UEFI firmware boot on the Linux Mint 20.3 Una (20.3) entry (nvme0n1p1/EFI/ubuntu/shimx64.efi file) !

Ok regarding UnetBootIn, but I had no problems with it.
https://t.me/linux_group/1386669 ? ✌️
I didn t do that above or in a message because I don t know how and I needed to sleep so much.
Anyway, my OS Boot manager is showing me that I have Ubuntu – so it boots not Ubuntu, it tries, but some errors.
Windows can t be booted, it get stuck on HP logo for endless time.
I still can and I booted from USB Linux Mint Edge right now.

mmmmmms0 2022-07-27 01:28:36
try it with etcher or rufus
cryptodanvr 2022-07-27 01:28:52
Unetbootin is not compatible with modern distros due to the hybrid mode creation. Use etcher or Rufus.

try it with etcher or rufus
Oh, ok, I get it, thanks. So now I should basically just make bootable WIndows USB and bootable LinuxMint USBwit Etcher or Rufus. Ok, I ll do it.
cryptodanvr 2022-07-27 01:30:48
Focus just on mint
David Emartisyan 2022-07-27 01:32:12
Ok, just Mint.I am having it now Mint Edge turned on with Wifi. I didn t do the install from the live USB yet on Laptop. I ll do it when I etcher bootable Linux Mint Edge or according to the instructions.
cryptodanvr 2022-07-27 01:39:27
Awesome that should get rid of the cdrom error
David Emartisyan 2022-07-27 01:56:39
Etcher locked my USB, which was made with UnetBootIn, said something target was the problem, I did retry, it didn t wanna retry, now I have to go to with Ventoy, Rufus is not available for Linux.
Oh, that s the cdrom error, thanks, I get t now!
David Emartisyan 2022-07-27 02:24:34
Etcher is failing on second try with just starting endless. I am now trying Ventoy. If that doesn t help, I will transfer ISO to Windows and Use Rufus.
David Emartisyan 2022-07-27 02:34:53
And Ventoy is starting endlessly in Terminal.
mmmmmms0 2022-07-27 02:34:58
Unetbootin probably fucked ur usb
mmmmmms0 2022-07-27 02:35:06
No way u should be having this much problems
David Emartisyan 2022-07-27 02:35:53
I ll just format it in Linux and try again Etcher, and then will go to Rufus on Windows.

David Emartisyan 2022-07-27 02:38:11
