once you’re in the correct directory, yes

cd /home/sara/psiphone-client-linux

it looks like

sudo dpkg -i *.deb would also work because * automatically selects all of the files ending in .deb

ls *.deb would list all the files matching the pattern

before running that apps you should installing it first
sudo apt install -f ~/psiphon*/psi*.deb

in my arch linux my bluetooth mouse and keyboard disconnects frequently. i tried with adapters too same issue. In laptop it shows as connected but both stop working and mouse and keyboard says as disconnected.Also i am unable to reconnect.When i restart/suspend it connects again and works but after sometime it again disconnects.
