Maybe not related but I find it really funny. One of the biggest news portals here has hundreds of Azure Pipelines. They don’t have a single Windows VM/server, their infrastructure isn’t even on Azure.

I’m not familiar with virtualbox. But have you shared the host internet connection with the VM? A quick google search help you if you don’t know how.
