Afaik, Edge is hardcoded into the system.
I’ve used some script on my win10 machine. edge is disappeared from… start menu, but some programs still wants to use it as a default net browser.
And its directory is still on the disk.

Thanks, but I don’t need it.
I still use Windows at work, to launch a single CAD program (it’s rapidly being ported on the Linux btw).
When it’s ready I never install Windows again.

A proper uninstalling program should load all its data into ram, so it may be removed completely from a disk 😊
