I once tried to run tor for the whole device… but it just popped some random things in the terminal and my ip doesn’t change at all

Honestly, I haven’t set it up never except in Termina where the same rule applie by my friend IT expert.

maybe something related to power-management driver? check your CPU voltage with i7z or maybe it’s dGPU acting funny

also there’s powertop a nice tool for PM measurements, might come handy.

Hi. I have a hardware/software problem.
I have ethernet cable that is kind of not damaged, but you can see the wires.

I have two network adapters ethernet (Qualcomm Atheros AR831 and Sundance IC Plus IP100A)
One is inbuilt and that one is not working, while the other one is also not working, but I ve opened the case of the PC… the inbuilt on motherboard is really not showing anything.

While the other one is having green light that blinks every 2 seconds randomly?

Is there a linux-ubuntu tool for me to debug this? It doesn t work on Windows, neither. The ethernet.

It was the router settings which were the problem. Solved.
