It’s not that you can’t create a folder in Internal Storage, it’s that you can’t grant access to the entirety of Internal Storage.

The system gets bogged down and unstable with every additional mod. Plus most apps unnecessarily disallowed root. It’s just not a fun experience.

the alternative is the firmware.deb 11 found some upper in the link structure

there is a chance u need to copy firmware files to the usb , u better do when u found your files already, or, just run installer and it will tell.u, ..
