if ur ap , disable all newest stuff in wlan ap if u got options

no wifi 6 no wpa3 etc

So i won’t be able to connect to it?

AP band meaning Access Point Band, according to Quora.

if u got other ap bands try those , try max different settings

may be just also kernel driver issue which an update may or may not do
