Just look at the James Webb telescope pictures, it’s not that the sky is dark, there’s light pollution, plus there’s the fact some of it might not be in our spectrum of vision. At least part of what Webb’s seeing is in the IR spectrum.

I know it’s supposed to be a ‘joke’ but it’s also a sign of how crappy the light pollution is where the person is at. Visited a family member’s house outside our major light sources and it was like a totally different sky, just with my crappy eyes.

If for every visible ball of light there’s at least two or three we can’t see imagine how many stars there must be. Also the potential for SOME kind of life is immense, just very unlikely we’ll ever meet them.

Truthfully defender’s all most folks need if they’re not idiots online when using Windows, for protection against virus stuff at least. Malware bytes is a good option for other spyware stuffs. Heck even when I was going to pretty ‘shady’ torrenting sites I never had issues, but I tended to be careful on what torrents I’d pick on them. Biggest issues I had was my ISP catching the upload end, when I forgot to disable/really slow the upload speed.

I leave it on because it aggressivly turns on by itself
