Can we get my laptop to 10GHz?

I mean

underclock is easier to manage

I think most CPUs can do about 400MHz nowadays

and then they become unstable

while overclock is easier to bake your device

Usually the biggest reason I’ve underclocked is just to see if it’d handle it, I tend to have ‘stock’ cooling on most stuff.
