well 😄 you can use Tor browser for that, without using VPN (secure+ every connection created is encrypted by default [no need of VPN])

anyway most use people use it, even though you dont need it for Tor Browser

tor decrease internet speed 🙁

Have you checked the UI? (for example notification bar (wifi indicator )- few youtube channels describe it as apple kinda notification bar [wifi indicator and other stuff on the top right side])

yep its a GNOME 43 feature, it will be released in Endeavour OS too when GNOME 43 is packaged in Arch later in September or October
