I wished I knew, I had to chroot and downgrade the grub package from var cache to fix the issue

I thought it was an EndeavourOS problem (I use EOS on both my machines), but turns out Arch as a whole was responsible

anyone knows how to ignore those other packages to removing ?

so i got the solution for debian based OS
dpkg -r –force-depends <PackageName>
it will remove that specific package without packages dependencies
