but where to find those stock drivers wifi of debian, for chipset wifi adapter?

To keep your system updated? … Well … Its a good practice to at least fix vulnerable packages

Yeah agree, i wanted to but it kept giving an error.. feching files done etc…, then failed to upgrade..
So…. i was like ok then, can’t be bothered about that 😬

I can t install anything from those tutorials and solutions I ve found

1.st optional apt-get update
2.nd apt-cache search your wifi driver
3. if no inet lets analyze that

Well, yes. Ethernet works, rtl8821ce does not work on TailsOS which is, I get, the old Debian.
Seriously, you made me wonder about Debian use as a system, but I kidn of want this to finish.
