If you check linux venom port directory, you’ll see 2 scripts, one to run post-install and other to run post-upgrade, both are the same, just get kernel version and run mkiniramfs to create the img.
When you install Xanmod kernel you didn’t run any of those scripts so you don’t have initramfs.
